“Legendary” is the name of Covenant's Youth Ministry. We serve youth from 12 years through 18 years and assist their parents in training them to be influential men and women of God.

CovKids is our children's ministries, offering programs for children ages 0-11 during our Sunday morning and Wednesday night services.    &

Pastor Joe & Rhonda - Lead Pastors 

​Joseph Merrill  is the founding and Senior Pastor of Covenant Church. Joe committed his life to Jesus Christ and the call of ministry at the age of 15 after his conversion from catholicism. This calling has taken him around the country and Europe as an evangelistic minister, pastor, and teacher and church planter. Joe married Rhonda Willhoite in 1979. Together with their Adult Children and grandchildren they were sent out from Covenant Church in Carrollton, Texas to  establish a Covenant Church in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Together they serve the people of Covenant  with a passion and heart for seeing lives change through relationship with Jesus Christ.
